We are traveling as a family, are we allowed to stay in one room?

Due to limited size of our rooms, we are only allowed to accept maximum of (2) persons per room

(Must be immediate family or from the same household)

My flight arrives early in the morning, can I check in already?

Standard check-in time of 2PM shall be followed

For early arrivals, room must be booked one day ahead

Do you offer airport transfers?

We arrange airport transfer with additional fees. Please contact us if you wish to arrange.

Where do I book the required RT-PCR test?

Arriving passengers will be directed at the airport for swab test steps.

What are the meals included in the package?

Our quarantine package includes packed full board meals (breakfast / lunch / dinner)

Serving Time of Meals:

Breakfast – 6am-7am

Lunch – 11am-12nn

Dinner – 5pm-6pm

Are food deliveries allowed? Is room service available?

Outside food delivery such as GRAB, GRABFOOD, FOODPANDA are NOT allowed

Room service is not offered at this time

Is there housekeeping service?

Housekeeping within the room and laundry of personal clothing shall be the responsibility of each occupant.

Trash will be collected daily and must be placed inside the provided trash bags.

Is smoking / drinking allowed during quarantine?

As per IATF / BOQ / DOT rules, smoking/vaping and drinking of alcoholic beverage is strictly not allowed.

Is shortened quarantine allowed?

If approved by Bureau of Quarantine, guest may shorten stay provided that valid documents are presented.

Can I check-out soon as my RT-PCR negative test result is out?

Guest(s) may check-out soon as the Bureau of Quarantine Certificate is already issued

Can a relative/ family member leave food for me while on quarantine?

Yes, family/relative may send over food and other essential items

Is in-room WiFi available?

Yes, available at an acceptable internet speed good for web browsing and streaming
