CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:

• [Standard] cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time, a cancellation fee equivalent to (1) full night stay shall be charged.
• Some rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, please read the cancellation and deposit policy applicable as you make your reservation online
• No Show - 100% of the total reservation cost
• Shortened Stay/Early Departure is considered as Late Cancellation – fees apply
• Appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited.
• In the event that the company guarantees room bookings, the fee will be billed to the company for settlement.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Advance booking is required

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Php 2000 per stay; Refundable at check out if no damage or incidental is incurred during stay.

SMOKING POLICY: All rooms are non-smoking. Penalty fee is USD300.

PHOTO/VIDEOSHOOT POLICY: Please note that the hotel will not accept wedding related bookings such as bridal shower, stag parties and photoshoots booked on the hotel's website or any third party agency.
