CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:

- Some rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, please read the cancellation and deposit policy applicable as you make your reservation online
- No Show - 100% of the total reservation cost
- Shortened Stay/Early Departure is considered as Late Cancellation – fees apply
- Appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited.
- In the event that the company guarantees room bookings, the fee will be billed to the company for settlement.

PHOTO/VIDEOSHOOT POLICY: Please note that the hotel will not accept wedding related bookings such as bridal shower, stag parties and photoshoots booked on the hotel's website or any third party agency.
