CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:
- The cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time, a cancellation fee equivalent to (1) full night stay shall be charged.
- No Show - 100% of the total reservation cost
- Shortened Stay/Early Departure is considered as Late Cancellation – fees apply
- Appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited.
- In the event that the company guarantees room bookings, the fee will be billed to the company for settlement.

PERMITTED GUESTS: All fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to check-in. Must present proof of vaccination and valid identification at check in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Php 2000 per stay; Refundable at check out if no damage or incidental is incurred during stay.
SMOKING POLICY: All rooms are non-smoking. Penalty fee is USD200.
